Stolen Harvest

A group of Turkish settlers accompanied by Turkish troops trespassed into a Greek Cypriot farm today and stole harvested wheat.

    Can something like this be taken to the European Court in the Netherlands? The farmers can be compensated for their stolen crop and it could set a precedent preventing something like this from ever happening again.
