Turkey's chief prosecutor seeks charges against Cypriot writer

The Attorney Generals Office of the Republic of Turkey wants to file charges against Mr. Serhat Incirli, a columnist for the Turkish Cypriot daily AFRIKA, for insulting the Turkish Republic.
